My Work Experience
I am graduating from Ferris State University in December with an Associate's Degree in General Business, which will provide a stepping stone to began working in that industry. A major goal of mine throughout my work has been to create the persona that I want to become, and carry it with integrity and intention.

I have worked in the fishing/hunting industry for 7 years. I have experience in sales and customer service. Specialized skills with fly fishing accessories and DNR licenses. Additionally, I have worked in the food service and have an appreciation for the details that go into preparing, like cleaning the food prepping stations.
Through my experience at Meijer, I learned about the little details that matter the most, such as being approachable and paying attention. I have experience taking inventory and matching UPC codes. My experience at D and R includes cashiering, sales knowledge, and operating a POS system.
At Baldwin Bait and Tackle, I have worked hard to be a representative for the company and being an admin for the Facebook page.
Through my internship with the Kalamazoo Growlers at Homer Stryker Field, I learned how to become a Swiss Army Knife. Being prepared for any situation, the weather, COVID, and getting volunteers for games with a stadium maximum of 100 people were many of the key factors to making fun the difference in every baseball game.
At Ferris, I ran the social media accounts for Entertainment Unlimited (the campus programming board), and am well-versed in operating Facebook and Twitter, as well as promotional efforts. I was also a peer mentor, and helped to organize events for the Honors Peer Mentoring program.
